- Currently there are 9 miles of trails with another 5 under construction.
- Restroom
- No water for people or horses
- A gazebo with picnic tables, but no grills
- Large parking lot that will hold 25 or so trucks and trailers
- 2 Picnic areas, one at the end of the Dunn trail and one at the end of the palomino trail
- No camping
